NAME

	IEEEDPSqrt -- compute the square root of a number

	  x   = IEEEDPSqrt(  y  );
	d0/d1 	           d0/d1
	double	x,y;

	Compute square root of y in IEEE double precision

	y - IEEE double precision floating point value

	x - IEEE double precision floating point value

	Might have returned bare nonsense if the argument was out of range
	for pre-V45 releases. Returns NAN for V45 in these cases.
