SYNOPSIS

	inum = SPFix(fnum)

	int SPFix(float fnum);

FUNCTION

	Accepts a floating point number and returns the truncated
	integer portion of said number.

	fnum 	- floating point number.

RESULT

	inum 	- signed integer number.
